Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing plans to support sales and revenue growth in the Industrial segments in LATAM, EMEA, UKI, ASIA, ANZ aligned to agreed strategies.
  • Design, develop and globally coordinate commercialisation programme(s): Customer centric value proposition and marketing toolkits to enable sales and channel success to win with customers (end-user). Cross-Functional End-to-End process.
  • Analysing market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the Industrial segment.
  • Responsible for the briefing in, development and - alongside the Content Delivery team - review of content produced to support the activation of commercial programmes and in the commercialisation of new product innovations.
  • Support demand generation by delivering fantastic commercialisation programmes and the category's always-on campain.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify target accounts and develop account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the latest B2B marketing and sales practices to help ensure we’re continually driving effectiveness and efficiency.
