Responsibilities

  • Work in conjunction with the sites to enable them to deliver improvement in our People, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery metrics
  • Participate in, facilitate or lead workshops to enable adoption of The Catalent Way
  • Perform deep dives, specific analysis, maturity assessments to support the improvement program
  • Support new site integrations into The Catalent Way
  • Work as part of an expert team or alone deploying the Catalent Operating model across our network of sites through a workshop, capability building and enabling approach
  • With a focus on the lean six sigma tool, techniques and methods enable sites to learn, improve and resolve issues in a sustainable way
  • Write clear, concise and accurate reports to a high standard
  • 70% travel expectations (global)
  • Other duties as assigned
