  • Collaborating with program management to design and implement customized compensation and benefits packages for international assignments
  • Providing education and support to expatriates on HR components, including tax equalization, visa coordination, and relocation services
  • Interpreting and applying corporate policies and procedures for expatriates and EO management
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leaders, talent acquisition, and HRBPs
  • Streamlining processes and documenting consistent file management for expatriate files
  • Providing support for international temporary and extended duty assignments as needed
