Responsibilities

  • Establish robust processes and continuous improvement associated with S&O ongoing activities (Agenda shaping, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, etc.)
  • Team closely with our Risk Team working groups and hub leads to execute on core activities (including newsletter, learning events, affiliation events, etc.)
  • Support and execute on initiatives with our various business partners (HR, Finance, Learning and development) to foster a collaborative OneRisk culture and effective risk organization
  • Develop effective reporting to track KPIs / OKRs for various initiatives intended for senior stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of our Risk function strategic plans and objectives
  • Developing and executing frameworks and plans for our people agenda and to drive our Employee Value Proposition
  • Support and engage on our strategic risk initiatives to foster a risk aware culture at BCG
  • Designing / facilitating agendas for various team meetings
  • Coordination and organization of team events ensuring equity and connection across our hubs
  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks relevant for the Risk S&O team
