Responsibilities

  • Actively ensure effective systems and processes are in place with regards to clinical quality, serious incidents, adverse occurrence, complaints, issues of poor clinical performance and patient safety
  • Help support all primary care departments and practices (and HCA Concierge Services) in ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Support the governance provision to the wider organisation with assurance that governance standards within the practices are met.
  • Provide administrative and project management support to the primary care governance team
  • Provide administrative support to all governance meetings, including the preparation of minutes and agendas, maintenance of action logs, collation and formatting of documents and report content, preparing and collating inspection and accreditation data/documents for submission to relevant agencies and for use during inspections.
