Responsibilities

  • Support the senior account manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Understand the clients' business goals, challenges, and IT needs, and provide them with relevant solutions and services.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting proposals and quotations, and follow up with clients to close deals.
  • Coordinate with the technical team, the sales team, and the vendors to ensure the delivery of IT support and software solutions according to the clients' expectations and specifications.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and satisfaction of the clients, and identify areas for improvement and upselling.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the IT and accountancy sector, and the products and services offered by T-Tech and its partners.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and events.
