Responsibilities

  • Support the bid managers to fulfil the end-to-end Bid Management function by providing central management for global bid opportunity responses, including bid task assignment, tracking, collating, packaging, managing ad-hoc queries / request.
  • Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Sales, Client Solutions, Engineering, Risk & Privacy, Security teams and more.
  • Bring your organisational skills and effectively prioritise work to meet client deadlines.
  • Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines and quality standards by assisting the bid team in proof reading and formatting of proposal documents.
  • Work closely with the Bid Managers to ensure Document Management System and Bid Libraries are maintained and continuously updated.
  • Escalate to the Bid Management Team Lead if there are any risks, issues or dependencies which puts the submission timeline at risk.
  • Attend Bid Sign On meetings, collate and distribute minutes / follow up actions.
  • Support in managing and responding to the annual Vendor Due Diligence and Security assessments for our existing client base.
  • Build strong relationships within the regional Sales teams, and our stakeholders.
