Requirements

  • Our ideal Graduate Building Services Engineer must have:
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • An interest in Building Services Engineering
  • Good written and verbal communication – able to discuss work, and communicate effectively to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • It would be nice for you to have:
  • Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements
  • Experience using Relux and AutoCad
  • Great problem-solving skills.
  • Good self-motivation.

Responsibilities

  • From day one, you’ll be working on real projects, giving you understanding of the wide variety of our work and opportunities. From high-profile national projects as part of a large design team, to smaller projects - you’ll gain experience of design, site surveys, and inspection of engineering construction. You’ll be preparing designs and reports, helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, assisting in management of contracts, and, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Our projects span the full breadth of the built environment, providing opportunity to enhance your technical skills and take on client-facing roles, and explore your own skills and interests.
