A relevant degree such as mechanical / aeronautical / systems / electronic engineering, applied science / mathematics or another relevant degree.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent team building skills.
An ability to work with a flexible and hybrid team.
Although not essential, some experience of numerical/statistical analysis and tools (e.g. MS Excel and Access) would be beneficial.
Flexibility and mobility to be able to work across BMT offices and customer sites throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate within the Safety Management Team you will be involved with a wide variety of projects across a range of market sectors. You will work alongside our consultants and engineers, to provide safety management services to our clients, helping to identify and manage safety risks associated with their systems, processes and activities.
You will be supporting tasks including, but not limited to, the production of safety management plans, hazard identification and analysis, risk assessment and hazard log management. You can expect to receive training and guidance from our experienced employees, and we will support you to start the journey to achieve Chartered status within your technical profession.
