As our Graduate events management, you'll have the unique opportunity to be part of building and scaling a company. By providing you with the ownership of our operations, we want to constantly push you out of your comfort zone. You’ll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never ending growth curve, we provide you with:

Requirements

  • You possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. You have a relentless drive and desire to be the very best at what you do. You take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments. Moreover, you’re humble and you share our passion for building and executing new businesses. Furthermore, we expect that you:
  • Have acquired a bachelor’s or master's degree with outstanding results 
  • Willing to work in a role with outstanding performance within event planning or coordination, marketing, public relations or another relevant field
  • Have a UK work permit
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Are well-organised and able to structure and prioritise your work
  • Possess great negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan, structure and coordinate all conferences on a strategic level; decide on dates, choose venues and negotiate the best price
  • Create the greatest conference experiences by innovating on creating new opportunities and ideas
  • Negotiate with vendors (catering, accommodation, transportation, facilities)
  • Plan conferences on an operational level e.g. floor planning, invitations, signage, special needs requirements, printing etc.
  • Manage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfaction
