You must have a 2:1 degree in Finance/Accounting, Economics, Maths, or Engineering, right to work in the UK, mobility, and be ready to study towards CIMA/ACCA. Starting August 2024.

<ul><li>We’re looking for outstanding graduates to join our 3 year development programme, with the drive and passion to make a difference to our business, and who have the potential to become our future leaders.</li><li>Finance is a critical function to drive our business forward, and you will work in three different rotations that include business partnering our operating segments including Marketing, Commercial, International, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics and more central roles within FP&amp;A and our Shared Service centre.&nbsp;These various roles will span&nbsp;Manchester,&nbsp;St Albans&nbsp;and a manufacturing site (normally Stoke)&nbsp;Your first role is likely to be based in&nbsp;Manchester.&nbsp;</li><li>The scheme is designed to give you the right foundation and breadth in finance.&nbsp;You will be part of driving business performance, providing insightful information to enable informed, timely and agile decision making across the business and to maintain strong financial control across the Group.</li><li>Following a&nbsp;4 week induction programme&nbsp;(which will include 1-2 weeks based at&nbsp;one of our factories to understand all about Food Manufacturing), you'll work closely within the finance team you have been assigned on a structured development programme across three, one year placements.</li></ul>
