What is the start date for the Graduate Operations Management Scheme?
The program is set to start in September 2025.
What degree disciplines are preferred for the program?
We are flexible on degree disciplines, but it’s particularly suited to graduates in Geography, Environmental Science, Ecology, Construction, Business and Management, and Sport Science/Coaching.
Are there opportunities for hands-on experience during the program?
Yes, you will gain hands-on experience by working with industry leaders on real projects across the UK.
Will I need to travel for the graduate program?
Yes, you will need to travel as the program includes field-based placements at different client sites.
What kind of training will I receive in this program?
You will participate in our GC Develop training program to master soft skills like leadership and communication.

Is a driving license required for this role?
Yes, a full driving license is required to get around to different client sites.

You will enjoy a fully expensed electric vehicle and home charging setup to support your field placements.
