Responsibilities

  • Join us at Ground Control in September 2025.
  • You’ll dive straight into action, rotating across multiple field-based placements, including our exciting Grounds Maintenance, Rail, Utilities, and Landscape Construction teams.
  • You’ll also get a taste of our Business Development, Client Services, and People teams – all while working both in the field and from the office or home.
  • Hands-on experience: Work with industry leaders and get involved in real projects across the UK.
  • Accelerated learning: Fast-track your career with industry-recognized qualifications like your PTS for the rail sector.
  • Skill-building: Our GC Develop training program will help you master soft skills like leadership and communication, preparing you to take on management roles.
