Requirements

  • To be considered for this role you have a degree in a relevant field (such as Finance, Computer Science, Economics or Mathematics) along with the following essential attributes:
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to be a natural problem solver.
  • While the following would be considered desirable;
  • Experience of using mathematics and statistics to explore large datasets for analysis.
  • Experience in the use of programming languages (SAS or SQL)
  • Exposure to actuarial modules
  • Knowledge of R and Python

Responsibilities

  • Lead the pricing analysis and provide recommendations on pricing and volume forecast based on new promotional campaigns
  • Data management and maintenance skills to transform raw data into high quality analysis
  • Perform post implementation analysis to ensure pricing changes are performing as expected
  • Monitor and analyse performance against budget and identifying actions as required
  • Produce communications and presentations of superior quality
