Requirements

  • A student graduating this academic year (2022/23), a recent graduate, or a person early in their career (we actively don’t ask for work experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know)
  • Strong academic performance: 1.1/first at Undergraduate Level (achieved or predicted) from a strong UK university. Candidates who have achieved a strong 2.1 will be considered especially if that was achieved from a very strong university or technical subject.
  • Clear social ability and people skills, demonstrably from team-based activities or/and leadership. You should be very comfortable/thrive when talking to others.
  • Evidence of atypical achievement away from Undergraduate Degree. Examples include extra-curricular activities, sports, arts, post-graduate study, research, projects, side-hustles, jobs whilst studying, general life experience.
  • Clear motivation for the role/company/industry/startups. We expect successful candidates to have a demonstrable and convincing reason for wanting to work for this type of company, this industry, this company's mission and this role.
