Responsibilities

  • Design and execute digital, print and video marketing collateral for properties including: social media, print/digital ads and billboards, books and brochures, large scale window graphics and signage, merchandise, tenant presentations, investor presentations
  • Create strong, innovative designs utilizing brand guidelines and incorporating best-in-class design principles
  • Assist with RFP responses alongside the development team
  • Regular refreshes of corporate decks in conjunction with office development needs
  • Collaborate with digital marketing manager to create new website content for properties, community and construction websites, and corporate website
  • Assist in developing standards and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and repurposing
  • Stay current with trends, best practices, and platform updates
  • Other specialty projects
