What is the main purpose of the Graphic Designer role?
The main purpose of this role is to create and produce high-quality, high-impact designs for SQs/PQQs, bids, and associated documents to ensure submissions are visually impressive, consistent, and aligned with client branding and requirements.
Who will the Graphic Designer report to?
The Graphic Designer will report to the Principal Proposals Manager.
What qualifications are preferred for this position?
A degree in graphic design, visual media, or information design, or equivalent work experience is highly desirable. APMP Foundation certification is also preferred.
What software skills are required for this job?
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint at an advanced level is required, along with good working knowledge of MS Office 365 packages.
What kind of design work will the Graphic Designer be involved in?
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual elements for bids, managing graphics workflow, and ensuring quality control throughout the design process.
Is experience in bid design important for this role?
Yes, experience in bid design and knowledge of best practice bidding processes is highly desirable for this position.
How many holidays are provided per year?
A minimum of 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays are provided annually.
