Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, media arts or similar degree
  • 3-5 years of design experience either for a marketing or advertising agency, or internally with a brand (beauty experience preferred)
  • Strong website, email, and advertising (print and digital) design experience
  • Experience working with developers on web design implementation as well as experience designing new website formats and templates
  • Experience working with full Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Figma, and other design tools
  • A strong eye for visual details and strong design aesthetic
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet corresponding deadlines
  • Has experience working within a team where constant collaboration is necessary to complete the project
  • Can work within design guidelines of a brand, and edit work based on feedback given

  • Manage both digital and print designs from conception to delivery
  • Manage website design updates and implementation in collaboration with other Integrated Marketing Team members and developer agency
  • Design website banners and digital templates
  • Design all branded emails, both for internal and external usage
  • Design magazine ads for new product launches and campaigns for all customers
  • Design digital ads for usage on various customer platforms and social media
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing and design projects
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments in software and on design trends
  • Light photo editing
