  • Direct experience of designing graphics for inclusion in client bids and associated materials preferably within the IT industry
  • An excellent understanding of modern graphic design tools and best practice coupled with creative thinking to produce bids and materials that differentiate CGI through quality and innovation.
  • Experience of building and managing a content library of graphic materials that can be re-used to improve efficiencies and standardise processes.
  • Expertise in standard graphic tools and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with BU members to understand requirements and how these can be met through innovative thinking and design.
  • Good standard of written skills for capturing requirements and communicating designs ideas.
  • Results-oriented with ability to manage time and stakeholders to deliver outputs when expected.

Responsibilities

  • Designing graphic content for bid responses and supporting materials.
  • Continuously developing and managing a library of graphic brand and bid materials for re-use.
  • Supporting the creation of client presentations related to IP decks, bids and EIE meetings.
  • Developing differential branding for new IP within corporate branding (e.g., logos etc)
  • Ad hoc graphic design support for IP teams.
  • Ensuring design guidelines, best practices/standards are in place and followed.
  • Being an expert in graphic design tools and platforms used to generate high quality outputs.
