Responsibilities

  • Owning our corporate and employer brand as well as being our internal brand guardian.
  • Develop and design visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, infographics and illustrations, thought leadership, social media graphics, email communications, web graphics and other digital and print materials.
  • Manage our communications hierarchy, brand tools and software platforms, photography and image libraries, and asset management.
  • Working with and flexing the firm’s visual identity to create effective, stand-out marketing materials. Ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design outputs.
  • Conceptualise and execute creative design solutions that align with our messaging and marketing objectives.
  • Sourcing appropriate imagery and liaising with external photographers and videographers.
  • Pragmatically approaching projects to ensure both creative and business needs are met.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously enhance design capabilities.
  • Managing internal stakeholders and the relationship with our roster of supporting agencies.
