Responsibilities

  • As Grooming and Beauty Strategy & Business Development Leader, you play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the G&B business by diagnosing strategic challenges, developing strategic plans, facilitating problem-solving, and translating plans into actions
  • You lead the identification and implementation of high-impact business development opportunities
  • You support the organic/inorganic growth agenda for PH
  • You ensure and validate – working closely with colleagues in G&B and PH overall Businesses and Finance, Regional colleagues – that strategies are embedded in operational and regional plans
  • You collect and derive insights from up-to-date information about markets, competition, and technical and societal development, enabling active portfolio management within PH
  • You team up effectively with senior management and interact with local stakeholders
  • You act as a close counterpart to other Leaders of Strategy within Philips Personal Health or Group Strategy and help to execute strategies across Philips
