  • Research and analysis. A big part of building out best in class review motions will be analysing how other organisations approach this and being able to translate that into a plan that makes sense for Cognism and each of its brands.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building and executing best in class customer review collection playbooks for each of the Cognism brands across all of the main review websites where we feature.
  • You will be tasked with reviewing, documenting, building and executing established playbooks for customer/user review collection across each of the brands: Cognism, Kaspr, Mailtastic. Each brand is unique and will require a custom approach to tackling review collection.
  • You will analyse and understand deeply how each brand's competitors drive reviews, and work to build more successful programs for Cognism.
  • Your work will result in a significant increase in consistent reviews across each brand, helping to build customer advocacy and social proof for Cognism.
  • You will be a self-starter, energetic and someone who is able to build and execute processes with ease. As well as continually testing and optimising playbooks to ensure they remain as effective as possible.
