Responsibilities

  • Adapt global initiatives into localised campaigns by developing a deep understanding of our customer base in your region
  • Lead local communications to ensure the Xe value proposition is effectively conveyed across all customer segments within your territory
  • Monitor and report on performance across all channels, including the conversion funnel and ROI for your territory
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Consumer to align the regional plan with the overall consumer strategy
  • Work with the UX / Marketing / Content teams to create and optimise localised content and messaging for campaigns specific to your local market
  • Act as the "local expert," providing insights to enhance brand awareness and identify customer acquisition and growth opportunities for the region
