  • You will be working within the fields of Haematology, Oncology and Acute Haemato-Oncology.
  • Duties include reception, data collection, data entry and general administrative tasks.
  • You will be working the following areas: Centenary wing, Chemotherapy Service Supportive Treatment Unit (CSSTU) and Lilford Ward.
  • To provide administrative support within all Haematology, Oncology and chemotherapy service areas. This includes: Centenary Wing, Chemotherapy service supportive treatment unit, Lilford Ward and The Acute Malignant Haemato-Oncology service.
  • To contribute to the effective running of the areas and the service by concentrating on tasks which directly support administration systems and procedures. For example: ordering the notes in preparation for the patient who are due in the ward for treatment, filing the notes post discharge, answering the telephone and use of the Trust Medway system to admit and discharge patients.
