  • Lead the CDO office with comprehensive responsibility to support the Group CDO in the strategic and operational day-to-day steering of the overall CDO department
  • Develop, maintain and on a regular basis review and update the CDO strategy, including alignment with key stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of important group wide meetings and committees in close collaboration with the Group CDO and the Head of CDO Strategy
  • Design and execute the CDO people engagement and communication strategy, partnering closely with the HR business partner
  • Oversee the embedded risk function for the CDO department with tight oversight on the internal control framework, findings remediation and risk self-assessments in close collaboration with the NFRM function
  • The role will comprise line manager responsibilities with a team spanning across multiple locations
  • Support any adhoc projects assigned
