Responsibilities

  • Commercial Finance is made up of 4 key functions:
  • Proposition team (Sales, Customer Marketing)
  • Product (Stock, Margin, new revenue streams)
  • Operations (Supply and Customer Care)
  • Central Team - responsible for...
  • key process e.g. budget, forecasting, month end (a key standard setter and coordinator of the the team and business stakeholders)
  • transforming the ways of working (numerous opportunities to improve processes, automate and stop
  • key business projects - this team will help accelerate key business priorities
  • By having all these areas together, in Commercial Finance, we work to ensure all decisions lead to end to end value.
