What qualifications are required for the Head of Credit Risk position?
Candidates should have at least 8 years of credit risk experience, preferably in financial services, and an understanding of SQL and Python.
What type of team will I be leading?
You will be leading a cross-functional team of Data Analysts and will work closely with Data Scientists, Product leads, Engineers, and Operations.

Success will be measured by your ability to optimize credit risk strategies, develop governance frameworks, and deliver valuable insights to the organization through data-driven approaches.
What is the hiring process like?
The hiring process includes a preliminary interview (30 minutes), a video interview focusing on competencies and technical skills (1 hour 30 minutes), and a final interview with the Head of Product (30 minutes).
