The main responsibility of the Head of Delivery is to lead the cross-portfolio delivery team for the Product Delivery and Operations area, ensuring the coordination of complex initiatives across various product portfolios, such as the Mobile First strategy.

The Head of Delivery will collaborate with senior leaders across Product and Platforms, including the Executive Director, Core SLT, and Product/Delivery leaders, as well as the Director of Mobile First and external partners such as the Chief Information Officer's Office and HR, Commercial, and Finance business partners.

The Head of Delivery will oversee cross-cutting initiatives that involve more than one product portfolio, particularly those related to the Mobile First strategy and other emergent plans outlined in the Productivity Plan and Spend Review plans.
