Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach Field Medical leaders and MSL teams.
  • Lead development of the Field Medical deployment plan and standardization of Field Medical policies, processes, and operating procedures.
  • Provide critical input into building, optimizing, and deploying systems and territory planning tools.
  • Develop, deploy, and monitor key performance indicators; deliver and communicate reports to senior leadership monthly and as needed.
  • Provide leadership to the Field Medical team; develop and track team activities and ensure technical/ skills training.
  • Drive development of high-performing MSLs with ongoing performance and talent assessment.
  • Uphold and ensure compliance standards across the Field Medical team; support adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, required trainings and company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Create a robust Field Medical plan across US national, regional, and community healthcare practitioners, including academic institutions and community centers.
  • Activate team to develop and execute individual territory plans annually and revisited quarterly or as needed, in conjunction with Field Leaders.
  • Support development and execution of stakeholder engagement strategy to ensure timely and accurate scientific communication.
  • Ensure the Field Medical team has the resources necessary to support robust communication, both proactive and reactive.
