Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the Treasury transformation strategy in alignment with overall corporate strategy working in conjunction with delivery managers, technical leads on Treasury systems and processes and other stakeholders
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
  • Drive broader developments across the Group Treasury operating model
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend process improvements across the Treasury function to streamline operations and improve performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process changes
  • Lead the implementation, and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (“TMS”) and other relevant technologies
  • Ensure that technology solutions align with business needs and facilitate improved financial reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to support the adoption of new systems and processes
  • Provide training and support to Treasury team members to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, consultants and system vendors
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders regularly
  • Ensure that all transformation initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with treasury operations and transformation projects
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives
