The main responsibility is to build and manage the operational framework, optimizing supply chain, logistics, customer support, service, and installations for heat pumps and upcoming products.
What are the qualifications required for this position?
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in building and managing operations in rapidly scaling organizations, preferably in the HVAC or PV/energy sector, strong background in installation logistics, and excellent analytical skills, among other requirements.
How many people will I be managing in this role?
You'll be leading our Customer Operations teams with 60+ FTE indirectly and 6 FTE directly.
Is knowledge of heat pump installations necessary?
Yes, a strong understanding of heat pump installations is highly preferred for this role.
