Responsibilities

  • Agent Acquisition: Manage the entire agent acquisition process including sourcing potential agents and overseeing the contract and compliance processes for new agents
  • Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard new agents joining the Nested platform, covering technology, processes and best practices across various agency-related areas such as lead generation, valuing, pitching and vendor management
  • KPI/P&L Management: Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets and KPI reporting for key metrics/budgets across the business
  • Supplier Relationships: Own and develop relationships with Nested’s 3rd-party software suppliers ensuring the needs of the business and its agents are met.
