  • Working with the PSD Leadership team and the People and Culture Team (PACT), lead PSD’s people function as the expert in learning & development and diversity & inclusion to deliver and embed people initiatives.
  • Lead on developing and delivering initiatives to reduce the Ethnicity Pay Gap – with a focus on development pathways into management.
  • Responsible for building PSD’s manager capability and community, leading on identifying manager development pathways working with PACT.
  • Develop and manage data reporting on the employee life cycle and analyse data to measure impact of organisational changes and people development interventions.
