Responsibilities

  • Sie verantworten den weiteren Auf- und Ausbau des neu gegründeten Bereichs „Procurement Excellence“ mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Ressortleiter Zentraleinkauf.
  • Sie übernehmen die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Bereichs mit sechs Mitarbeitenden.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählt die Erarbeitung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung relevanter Prozesse, Richtlinien, Vorlagen und Standards für Einkaufen und Bestellen sowie das Lieferanten-, Risiko- und Vertragsmanagement (inklusive passender Trainings- und Schulungsangebote).
  • Sie stellen die Implementierung, Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung aller benötigten IT-Systeme im Einkauf sicher.
  • Sie versorgen die einkaufenden Einheiten mit allen relevanten Informationen.
