Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support the definition of mid to long term site strategy to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions that enables business functions to attract and retain talents
  • Drive close communication and collaboration with all stakeholder on site, follow the customer first principle to ensure high quality experience
  • Establish systematic review mechanism of site performance and efficiency (incl. external benchmarking)
  • Define clear yet simple KPIs to foster high quality delivery, continuous improvements, collective ownership and individual accountability
  • Lead local emergency situations in accordance to defined procedures and seamless alignment with key stakeholders
  • Ensure strong security measures are established in relation to physical security (access control, badges, guards), personnel security (provision of protective measures) and information security (building awareness across employees)
  • Ensure Site’s license to operate by ensuring activity licenses, relevant ISOs certifications and other supporting certifications are timely obtained and renewed
  • Be responsible for Site Management budget to maximize outcomes and high quality delivery experience
  • Continuously improve supplier management practices to maintain highest standard of site services provided (ie: canteen, mailing, internal events etc.)
  • Represent and actively contribute in Global Facility Council forums to support/drive/implement corporate initiatives while ensuring local needs are well represented
  • Represent Roche Diagnostics Spain within towards local community and stakeholders (ie: Ajuntament, Generalitat, AMB)
  • Drive and timely implement local and global projects in the area of responsibility (ie: Real Estate, SHE, Facility , Sustainability etc.)
  • Build a robust performance management system, make regular evaluation and provide timely feedback and coaching for the employees
  • Promote accountability and facilitate efficient communication & collaboration within the team and across functions
  • Develop a comprehensive talent management strategy, and build a high-performing organization
