Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and focus for achieving sales growth within the UK and European with assigned accounts and Manufacturer’s Representatives within the established governance framework
  • Proactively develop sales opportunities and regional marketing and sales plans
  • Initiates the order pursuit process and strategy development
  • Monitors and communicates market activity and trends, including with respect to competition and provides timely feedback to the PB Management team
  • Engages Legal/Contract Administration, Finance/Credit, Business Solutions, Controls Systems, Services and business unit managers, and company management as necessary
  • Works very closely with the Application Engineer to ensure the preparation of the technical and commercial proposal meet client datelines and other requirements and issues price recommendations based on market information for management approval
  • Prepares business activity and forecast reports and delivers technical and commercial presentations for management
  • Establishes and maintains preferred provider relationship with the key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations
  • Routinely presents to clients in both small and large forums, overviews of PB, the Company’s approach to market and its capabilities and product technology reviews/updates
  • Conducts business affairs with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and safety
  • Works within the spirit of Company’s Code of Conduct and other policies
