The primary responsibility of the Head of Training is to ensure that contributors on our tasking platform are effective, efficient, and capable, which involves designing training curricula, developing training materials, and owning metrics related to content and contributor quality.

The Head of Training will lead a team of 2-3 people.

Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in EdTech product, content strategy, and/or instructional design, as well as a proven track record for designing curricula and building best-in-class content.

Contributors include both domain experts, such as PhDs and Master’s students, as well as “generalists,” typically high-school or college graduates.

The salary range for this full-time position is $188,000—$225,600 USD, depending on location and other factors.
