  • - At least 3 years’ experience at a senior level in the VCSE sector with a demonstrable track record of delivering highly effective projects
  • - Solid understanding of the challenges facing the voluntary/community and public sectors in the current economic climate
  • - Ability to maximise the opportunities for the VCSE that will in turn have a positive impact on people and communities
  • - Significant experience of person-centred delivery in a community or clinical setting such as advocacy or support work
  • - Experience of managing risk and making decisions when delivering services to vulnerable individuals
