Responsibilities

  • Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations
  • Arrive at destinations on schedule.
  • Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups.
  • Research and plan for traffic construction and weather delays
  • Use navigation applications to determine the best route.
  • Interact with clients professionally at all times
  • Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
  • Keep mileage records and repair records up to date
  • Delivery and pick-up of company documents, products, and teams.
  • Support the operation team with all administration requests.
  • Take responsibility of car available for the field work and all related tasks for the car including registration, renewal, and safety.
  • Report all accidents and incidents involving drivers or company equipment to appropriate authorities and Axios.
  • Supporting in the office running and operations.
  • Support all team members in all aspects of field work as necessary
  • Report to management on daily basis about your activities
  • Any other duties as required by management.
  • Verify accuracy of delivered items against the packing slip or delivery manifest, and resolve any discrepancies with the customer or supervisor
  • Collect payment and outstanding balances as needed, and provide receipts
  • Restock the delivery vehicle with supplies and inventory as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols, including wearing required safety equipment.
  • Use GPS or other navigation tools to plan the most efficient route
  • Inspecting packages for signs of damage or tampering or not correct prior packages to accepting deliveries
  • Completing all required paperwork, including delivery reports and signatures from recipients of packages.
  • Following driving safety guidelines including speed limits, lane changes, and use of turn signals
  • Maintaining a clean vehicle interior, including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and dusting surfaces
  • Loading and unloading deliveries from vehicles and warehouses
  • Communicating with staff members at pharmacies, hospitals, and other businesses to arrange delivery times.
