Requirements

  • - Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred
  • - Minimum of 2 years' experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) at discretion of DVP and/or ROD
  • - Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
  • - Minimum Of 4 Years' Experience In Dialysis Preferred
  • - Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
  • - Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President
  • - Proven ability to adeptly manage multiple priorities; a "gets stuff done" person
  • - Capacity to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and to influence positive outcomes

Responsibilities

  • - Exceed expectations of our hospital partners.
  • - Ensure the complete operation and performance of their clinic including all financial aspects, manage budgets, forecast expenses, communicate with vendors, order supplies, and ensure compliance with public health and safety standards.
  • - Impact patient lives and deliver optimal clinical outcomes.
  • - Monitor patient clinical outcomes utilizing DaVita's quality metric in coordination with doctors, nurses and the interdisciplinary team.
  • - Develop, mentor, and inspire a cohesive team.
  • - Interview and hire, monitor compliance, conduct teammate evaluations, lead teammate satisfaction initiatives and incorporate Core Values within all aspects of the clinic.
  • - Partner with Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns to drive towards Regional goals and standards.
