  • - Play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess.
  • - Provide compassionate and caring support to patients and their families.
  • - Manage the reception area and greet visitors.
  • - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
  • - Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
  • - Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • - Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming.
  • - Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • - Collaborate with other team members to support overall patient care.
