Responsibilities

  • Administration of human resources policies and procedures to hourly manufacturing workforce.
  • Recruiting support including scheduling phone screens, handling candidate communications, participating in recruiting events, conducting onboarding/orientations tasks.
  • Share general pay & benefit information and resources with candidates and employees. (A different team will administer pay & benefits.)
  • Prepare internal employee communications & assist with policy development as needed.
  • Complete transactional tasks in the HRMS (Oracle/GPS) and other systems.
  • Maintain required document tracking for employee personnel records relating to hourly job postings, performance reviews, new hires, terminations, and hourly rate increases.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities.
  • Provide backup HR support across the business unit as needed.
  • Perform special projects or other duties as assigned or requested.
