Responsibilities

  • File and Database Management
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
  • Manage data entry for new hires, terminations, and employee changes
  • Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Raise and manage purchase orders for the HR department
  • Contracts and Contract Renewals
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of employee contracts
  • Track contract expiration dates and coordinate renewals as necessary
  • Ensure all contractual documents are filed and stored appropriately
  • Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and scheduling orientation sessions
  • Ensure new employees complete all required documentation and receive necessary equipment and access
  • Coordinate the offboarding process, ensuring Exit interviews are arranged and kit returned
  • Office Support
  • Support the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
  • Recognition
  • Administering the recognition awards, ensuring that all nominations are reviewed and awards are handled fairly and in line with the company policy
