Responsibilities

  • Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s)
  • Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience
  • Driving Engagement activities for specific BU as well as HYD location centric
  • Working with respective Business leaders and SBU HR Heads for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects, facilitate quarterly R&R, Townhalls, etc.
  • Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly
  • Workforce Analytics
  • Predicting trends
  • Suggest and implement interventions
  • HR metrics tracking, analyzing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement
  • Support BU resignation discussions, retention management and also facilitate towards proactive retention strategies

  • Policy and Process implementation/ communication to the team members
  • Issue/ Query resolution, grievance handling

  • Support various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH
