 About the role: 
 To support the UK Life Branch and Great Lakes in London and Ireland (including Munich Re Facultative &amp; Corporate) on people related matters along the entire employee life cycle, defining high quality HR solutions to enable them to achieve their business objectives, and to help drive the delivery of Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management &amp; Development (TM&amp;D) solutions.
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 <li>Build and maintain relationships with business areas to fully understand business goals, challenges, and requirements </li>
 <li>Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees ensuring employees are treated in a fair and consistent manner</li>
 <li> Support TM&amp;D in providing development advice and support to all employees </li>
