Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT leadership in the restaurant support center to engage and develop people strategies to drive our company and functional priorities; through insights gathered from talent initiatives & insights, culture shaping programs, reporting & analytics, and employee feedback
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on all elements of the talent life cycle; including onboarding, development, engagement, performance and talent management
  • Work with IT leaders as a change agent to effectively lead teams through change
  • Drive HR initiatives and provide feedback to the centers of excellence to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of programs
  • Proactively identify and address employee concerns in a timely manner; Interpret and apply understanding of Chipotle policies and practices, employment law and other regulations to provide advice, guidance and/or clarification for ER related inquiries; Conduct timely employee relations investigations and make recommendations on the appropriate course of action in partnership with the key stakeholders; including partnership with legal
  • Work closely with the IT leadership team and the HR team (in the Columbus, Newport Beach and remote) to ensure that we build one culture that reflects our values
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Talent Development, Compensation, Organizational Design, etc.) to ensure that we develop new solutions that reflect the needs of our client groups and represent our values
