  • Partner with recruiting teams to attract, hire, and retain top talent, based on business requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Work with managers to identify skill gaps and develop training and development programs to enhance capabilities.
  • Provide guidance on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
  • Proactively address employee relations issues and provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective conflict resolution.
  • Implement strategies to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention within the corporate organization.
  • Partner with compensation and people operations teams to develop and administer competitive compensation plans.
  • Ensure that compensation plans are aligned with business objectives and market benchmarks.
  • Educate corporate employees and managers on compensation and benefits programs and policies.
  • Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organization.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any HR-related legal issues or concerns.
