Responsibilities

  • Under limited direction of the Director of Employee & Labor Relations and HR Business Partners or designee, the HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the delivery of all HR services to internal client groups.
  • HRBPs partner closely with managers and provide human resources advice, coaching, development and support to their assigned client groups.
  • Provide employees the insights they need to navigate all things HR.
  • The HRBP has a direct impact on employee satisfaction with HR services and brand within the organization.
