Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Beratung und Betreuung der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter bei personalrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie Planung und Umsetzung von personellen Einzelmaßnahmen in einem definierten Bereich
  • Ganzheitliche personalwirtschaftliche Verantwortung für den zu betreuenden Bereich und dessen reibungslose administrative Abläufe
  • Unterstützung der Führungskräfte in unterschiedlichen HR-Themen wie Feedback-Gespräche, Personal- und Teamentwicklung, Trainings, etc.
  • Begleitung von Change-Prozessen
  • Mitwirkung im Auf- und Ausbau der Personalentwicklung im Unternehmen
  • Mitwirkung am Recruitingprozesses für den jeweiligen Mitarbeiterkreis
  • Mitarbeit am Personalmarketing für die jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
  • Mitwirken an verschiedensten HR-Prozessen und -Projekten
