Responsibilities

  • Overall ownership of DBS process in partnership with the Onboarding Team Manager in terms of compliance and guidance on the background screening process.
  • Driving forward our Right to Work processes, including Visa and Resident Permit expiries, ensuring updated copies are obtained and checked within deadlines.
  • Ensuring the team are providing guidance to the business on all UK immigration enquiries and seeking legal support as required in the event of an escalation.
  • Accountability for auditing, managing and quality checks on administering of the UK Government Sponsorship Management System to ensure records are updated and compliant by auditing regularly.
  • Leading internal spot checks to ensure compliance prior to audits and working closely with our third-party providers to ensure compliance, in additional to coordination of HRSSC audits.
