Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all employment compliance processes, including DBS checks, Right to Work checks, and professional registrations.
  • Maintain DBS checks for all employees, ensuring timely renewals and escalating any issues to the HRSS Manager.
  • Respond to reference requests for current and former employees while adhering to GDPR regulations.
  • Generate monthly reports on compliance data and actively address any missing information.
  • Oversee the archiving process for personnel files in accordance with company policies.
  • Be adaptable and supportive in developing new HR processes arising from organisational changes.
  • Monitor employee Right to Work status and initiate renewals as necessary.
  • Manage HR mailbox, responding to enquiries and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Prepare ad-hoc and monthly reports related to HR functions.
  • Ensure secure storage of all HR documents in compliance with data privacy laws.
  • Monitor and maintain professional registrations for employees.
  • Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the line manager.
